Hard Rock Live is turning into the Aussie invasion for one of the last nights of the summer for 5 Seconds of Summer when the boys crash through on Wednesday, August 12th, 2026 - AKA Summer ‘AF night. It’s looking like we’re in for a night that’s already being hailed as one of the hottest shows of the year - and it’s not even 2026 yet… and if it is… you may already be too late! And this show is going EVERYWHERE y’all. EVERYONE'S A STAR! World Tour — is hitting nearly every part of the globe. From the O2 in London to the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, from the Sydney Qudos Bank Arena to the open-air chaos of Pine Knob and Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, every city’s getting baptized in that 5SOS sound - and yes we’re so here for it. The boys are bringing their blend of pop, punk, and pure energy to arenas like ours. When that first guitar riff hits, you’ll remember why this band has dominated global stages for over a decade.

Formed in Sydney back in 2011, 5 Seconds of Summer, AKA, Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood, and Ashton Irwin, started out as a group of high-school friends uploading covers to YouTube before exploding onto the world stage as the opening act for One Direction’s Take Me Home Tour in 2013. From there, they carved out their own lane entirely, blending pop-rock swagger with emo undertones and radio-ready hooks. Their self-titled debut album went #1 in over 10 countries, and follow-ups like Sounds Good Feels Good and Youngblood cemented their reign. “Youngblood” alone hit over 1.5 billion streams and earned them multiple ARIA Awards, Billboard chart-toppers, and a seat among the biggest modern bands in pop history. They’ve sold out Madison Square Garden, conquered Rock in Rio, and held the kind of crossover fanbase most artists can only dream of.

Now, after wrapping their Take My Hand World Tour in 2022 and a short break to recharge and record, the boys are back on the road—older, sharper, and hungrier. Everyone’s A Star! is more than an album—it’s a statement. It’s the sound of four friends who grew up on stage and are still evolving with every song. And this tour? It’s their homecoming to the chaos. The lights, the fans, the screams—it’s everything that made 5SOS who they are, amplified and set on fire.
